Q1: Do you have your own factory?

A1: Yes, CEO Flora has been investing money in the factory for many years.

Q2: Where are your factories?
A2: Most of the factories located in Quanzhou, Jiangxi.

Q3: Do you have any audited certifications?
A3: Yes, we do. QUALIT IS OUR CULTURE. Such as BSCI, Oeko-tex Standard 100, BTTG, Disney authorized production. All of the items will be manufactured strictly according to the client's regulations. We can arrange BOM for testing by SGS, BV, Intertek(ITS),TUV, etc.

Q4: How many years experience of your company key persons?
A4: Good question! More than 10 years.

Q5: What kinds of brands you're working with?
A5: Heavy brands including Disney, Columbia Sportswear, MOUNTAIN HARD WEAR, Alpine Pro, Merrel, etc.

Q6: What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A6: 800-1000pcs/color/style

Q7: How many days on Lab dips (L/D)?
A7: Usually 4-7 working days.

Q8: Proto (fitting) sample time?
A8: 7-14 working days.

Q9: Sample charge?
A9: 2.5-3 times each unit. Which can be refunded after getting received decent order(PO) and 30% down payment.

Q10: How many days on mass production?
A10: 60-90 working days, which depends on your requested details and specifications.

Q11: What's your level of quality control?
A11: We have 5 QC in the factories and providing full guidance and inspection. You can also arrange your QC in China office or the
3rd party to inspect the goods. Also we can provide in-line inspection, final inspection according to AQL 2.5.

Q12: What's your payments terms?
A12: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against b/l copy at sight), L/C at sight and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
